Job Description
Production of batches of caramels, creams, fondant, truffles, nut-corn, and candied orange peel. Accurately weighing materials in preparation of cooking, roasting, and grinding nuts and chopping fruit. Prepare ingredient premixes and raw ingredients for candy-making. Work closely with master chocolatier.

Qualifications
• Experience in a production environment
• Ability to operate confectionery equipment is required
• Handling of heavy raw materials is necessary
• Physical capacity to perform heavy lifting (approx. 20kg)
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to complete several concurrent tasks at a time
• Good command of the English language is essential
• A commitment to exceeding quality standards and a love for chocolate!
