Job Description
Assist molders/temperers in the molding department. Duties include racking of filled molds, demolding, and washing of molds. Duties in machine operation will include the safe set up, operation and cleaning of 3 complex processing and packaging equipment. This is a 2 phase role, starting in molding and upon development of the required skill set will move into machine operation.

Qualifications
• Experience in a production environment
• Ability to operate confectionary equipment is required
• Handling of heavy raw materials is necessary
• Physical capacity to perform heavy lifting (approx. 20kg)
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to complete several concurrent tasks at a time
• Good command of the English language is essential
• A commitment to exceeding quality standards and a love for chocolate!
