Rogers Chocolates is looking for a proven Store Supervisor to assist with leading our team at our Oak Bay location

The Store supervisor is responsible for smooth operations of the shop as well as providing leadership and effective management to retail staff.

This position is an excellent opportunity to build on your career in retail while selling our premium chocolate products. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales and work in a team environment.

We are looking for a Store Supervisor who is:
